This hotel was a good home base for exploring Fairbanks. Greatly enjoyed the stay at the hotel. - the venue's staff at the reception desk was very friendly. - the hotel had a central location, pretty close...

Well-decorated room and big-sized bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Complimentary and good breakfast with options like yogurts and sausage. - Lovely location close to many things, next to Venue.

Checked in during a blizzard only to find that my reservation was missing and that the hotel was full, despite my having the Booked.net confirmation. No panic. I guess the front desk knew that last/first names could be reversed in their system and check-in...  

I really enjoyed how big the rooms were. I liked how the hotel staff made you feel at home and would help with anything. I loved the complimentary lollipops :)

The staff here is friendly and welcoming at all times, the room has modern amenities like a fridge and microwave, and the breakfast is delicious.

Hotel was very clean and nice. Staff was very courteous, helpful and made the stay enjoyable.Coffee in morning was very good.

Good breakfast, but ends a bit early at 9:30 sharp.

The room is tastefully decorated and well-kept. the bathroom is big, and the beds are good. the staff are really helpful.

It's modern hotel with amicable personnel at reception desk. Also, the location is amazing and lovely, minutes from Downtown. They have a wide range of meals to choose from, the food is lovely.

The hotel provided transportation from the rail station to the hotel and back without any difficulty. The drivers were helpful with luggage. The room was clean and reasonably quiet since we were right above the main entrance....  

Convenient location in downtown area. Nice breakfast options available. Gym and laundry services offered for convenience. Comfortable rooms with ample amenities. Adjoining restaurant provides excellent dining experience.

I really enjoyed staying in these suites as they are spacious and very comfortable. They also paid for my taxi from Fairbanks Airport. I spent 10 nights in Alaska and this was the nicest hotel.

Very spacious room with 2 double beds, kitchenette (tea-coffee-making facilities, microwave, fridge), free inroom Wifi. Very good location in walking distance to different restaurants and opposite Yukon-Quest-Information Center. Free airport shuttle bus.
